The folks from Carla’s Pasta are back and they’re making a nutritious dinner for us since March is national nutrition month.  It’s Carla's Tuscan Vegetable Ravioli with Sautéed Spinach and Grape Tomatoes!  You can even make it yourself.  Be sure to check out Carla's Kitchen online!

Carla's Tuscan Vegetable Ravioli with Sautéed Spinach and Grape Tomatoes

Serving Size: 4 people

Ingredients:

1 x 15 oz. Tuscan Vegetable Ravioli

6-8 Grape Tomatoes

1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 oz. Baby Spinach

1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese

Salt & Pepper to Taste Dish

Execution:

1.Heat Olive oil in a Sauté pan over medium high heat.

2.Add Spinach and Tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly wilted.

3.Cook Ravioli 3 minutes in boiling water

4.Strain the pasta and add it to the Sauté pan. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with Parmesan Cheese.
