A mouth-watering dessert made with fresh ingredients

Hazen Sturevant and Jason Roeck are making fresh Cider Doughnut bread pudding!  You can visit Bushy Hill Orchard at 29 Bushy Hill

Ingredients:
1dozen cider donuts
5 eggs
1.5pts heavy cream
1/2 oz vanilla bean extract
1/8 tsp fresh ground nutmeg

Instructions:

  • Cut donuts in 1/4 pieces
  • Set in 6×6 pan until full to top
  • Combine all other ingredients in mixing bowl.
  • Once mixed pour over donuts and let rest in cooler for one hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Bake for 30 mins covered with foil
  • Uncover and bake for 10 mins.
