DIRECTV customers may have experienced a problem with video and audio services on Tuesday.
The company took to Twitter to say “multiple national channels are experiencing loss of audio and video.”

The company reported the problem at about 2 p.m. and said it was working to restore service.
It is unclear how long this will take.
