Police in New Haven said they arrested a man responsible for a deadly shooting in 2014.
An arrest warrant was signed for 20-year-old Latrell D. Roundtree of New Haven.
Police say he shot and killed Isaiah Connors on Nov. 18, 2014.
The incident happened on Warwick Street just after 2 p.m.
The warrant remained sealed on Wednesday by the order of the court.
However, police said he'll be charged with first-degree manslaughter with a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit and risk of injury to a minor.
Police called Roundtree a convicted felon who is currently incarcerated on unrelated charges. He was not a felon at the time of the homicide, police said.
His bond will be set at $700,000.
Police and Connors' family members said they'll be holding a news conference at 5 p.m. in response to Roundtree's warrant.
