Power has been restored in the north end of the Hartford and the students are back in classes after an outage impacted multiple schools on Friday morning.
The schools affected by the outage are Jumoke Academy at Milner, Achievement First Hartford Academy Middle School and Sand Elementary School.
The momentary issue with the power that was immediately corrected, police said. All the students were able to return inside the building.
Police said unrelated to the outage, "a vague unsubstantiated social media threat was received at Sand Elementary School." The school has been evacuated as a precaution.

Police tweeted that no children are in danger.
