Several shoreline fire departments will team up Saturday morning in hopes of filling the shelves of the Shoreline Soup Kitchens.
This is the 5th year the departments have hosted the area-wide food drive all with a goal to help residents in the areas they live and work in.
Fire departments from Old Saybrook, Westbrook, Clinton and more will be involved in the drive and will have several locations available for donations to be made.
They will be accepting donations on non-perishable goods, including canned meats, peanut butter, pasta and rice and more. Additionally, monetary donations will also be accepted at the drop off sites.
