Police charged 42-year-old, Maine resident, Jeremy Brooks with possession of heroin and intent to sell after police pulled him over for driving erratically on I-84 in Tolland.
Police also arrested the passenger 43-year-old, Maine resident, James Whitehead for possession of narcotics.
In the investigation, police seized one hundred bags of heroin stamped with the word “Fatboy” from the vehicle. Police said neither Brooks, nor Whitehead had proper identification on them at the time of arrest.
Brooks was held on a $5,000 bond and is expected to appear in Rockville Superior Court on April 18.
