Crack cocaine, PCP, syrup seized from 'stash house' in Hartford

HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

Police arrested seven people in connection with a warrant executed at a "stash house" in Hartford where crack cocaine, PCP, syrup were seized on Wednesday. 

The Hartford Police Department's Vice and Narcotics Unit conducted surveillance on Main, Nelson, Westland and Sanford streets after complaints of drug sales. Police located illegal firearms and narcotics in a “stash house” at 10 Stanford St.

Police seized the following items:

  • loaded 9mm handgun
  • 5 grams of crack cocaine
  • more than an ounce of liquid PCP
  • several bags of packaged PCP
  • $3,362
  • bottle of "syrup"

The following arrests were made by police: 

  • Jeri Collins, 35, was charged with criminal possession of firearm, possession of narcotics, possession with intent to supply narcotics, possession of hallucinogenic, possession with intent to supply hallucinogenic and interfering with search warrant.
  • James Williams, 25, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to supply narcotics, possession of hallucinogenic, possession with intent to supply hallucinogenic and interfering with search warrant.
  • Alexsondra Williams, 32, was charged with criminal possession of firearm, possession of narcotics, possession with intent to supply narcotics, possession of hallucinogenic and possession with intent to supply hallucinogenic.
  • James White, 52, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to supply narcotics, possession of hallucinogenic and possession with intent to supply hallucinogenic.
  • Lishawn Williams, 33, was charged with interfering with a search warrant.
  • Charles Jackson, 35, was charged with interfering with a search warrant.
  • Jack Williams, 38, was charged with interfering with a search warrant.
  • Franchist Cofield, 33, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to supply narcotics, possession of controlled substance.
  • Ciara Ortiz, 22, was charged with possession of narcotics.
  • David Fairley, 40, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to supply narcotics, operation under suspension
  • Rose Gilhooly, 18, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia
  • John Kehoe, 33, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia

In total, seven people were arrested in connection with the warrant. Police also ticketed 27-year-old Todd Joiner, 28-year-old Pedro Santiago and 34-year-old Hawan McCray, all of Hartford, for possession of controlled substance.

Emergency Response Team and North Community Service Officers assisted in the investigation.
