The Powerball jackpot has grown again, and everyone wants to become the next big winner.
Chances of winning the $348 million are one in 292 million, but there are still players who are taking chances and buying tickets.
“I always play when it gets big," Dan Huntington said.
A winner will receive the $348 million if it was paid out over 30 years. The lump sum option has a cash value of about $226 million.
The last jackpot to reach this level grew into the largest in U.S. history, coming in at $1.5 billion.
“I'd buy my parents a new house, I would buy a Lamborghini and would buy myself a house and leave Connecticut," Huntington said.
“I'd start my own business,” Jerry Benelli said.
Powerball is played in 44 states, and the drawing is on Wednesday night at 11 p.m.
If nobody wins, the next jackpot will get bigger.
