Connecticut was rated the worst state to travel to this summer.
Connecticut towns fall at the bottom of the list by WalletHub for getaway destinations. The study looked at the 80 largest metro areas for highest travel cost and most hassles.
Bridgeport/Stamford/Norwalk and the New Haven/Milford areas tied at 78.
For the fewest attractions at 77 was the area of Hartford/West Hartford/East Hartford. The area of Bridgeport/Stamford/Norwalk was ranked at 78.
While for the fewest activities, New Haven/Milford area was tied at 78 and in last place was the area of Hartford/West Hartford/East Hartford.
