Carla’s Gluten Free Penne with Ham & Peas Serving
Size: 4 people
•1 Pack 9310 Gluten Free Penne Steam Bag
•1 Bag Frozen Petite Peas
•1 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
•Salt & Pepper to taste
•1 Tbsp. Butter
•¼ lb. Baked Ham, diced
•1 Tsp. Garlic, sliced
•¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1.Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat. Add butter garlic, pepper flakes, and ham and sauté until softened (about 2 minutes).
2.Add peas to pan, sauté for additional 2 minutes.
3.Microwave Carla’s Gluten Free Penne according to heating instructions on bag.
4.Add Pasta to sauté pan and toss with ham and peas.
5.Season with salt and pepper and garnish with grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
Vegan Tofu Ravioli ‘Stir Fry’
Serving Size: 4 people
•1 Pack 5230 Carla’s Vegan Ravioli
•3Tbsp. Stir Fry Sauce of choice
•1 can Baby Corn, drained and chopped
•½ cup fresh Cilantro leaves, chopped
•1 clove Garlic, sliced
•1 Cup shredded carrots
•1 Cup Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
•1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
1.Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat with canola oil. Add Garlic, Mushrooms, Carrots, and Corn and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
2.Bring 6 Quarts of water to a simmer. Add Carla’s Vegan Tofu Ravioli and cook for 2-3 minutes until pasta is tender and filling is hot.
3.Strain Ravioli and add to sauté pan.
4.Toss pasta with sauce to combine.
5.Garnish with Cilantro and enjoy!
