MANCHESTER, CT (WFSB) -

A 22-year-old Glastonbury daycare worker accused of abuse is scheduled to stand before a judge on Monday.

Nicole Mayo abused several 2-year-old children at the Stork Club, according to court documents.

She's due in Manchester Superior Court.

According to an arrest warrant, Mayo choked or slapped the children in her care.

She's accused of force-feeding one until the child choked and turned blue. She did the same to others until they gagged and vomited, according to the warrant.

Coworkers reported numerous complaints about the abuse.

That warrant stated that while working in the toddler room with Mayo, a coworker observed Mayo aggressively pick up children under their arms and slam them to the floor more than 20 times.

The workers complained to facility director Meghan Beech, but said she did nothing about it. Beech has since been arrested as well.

Mayo and Beech both pleaded not guilty to charges.

Beech will appear in court at a later date.
