An employee of the Torrington Board of Education is accused of harassing one of his colleagues.
Police said 41-year-old Eric Baim was charged following a month-long investigation.
Bail is the director of secondary education for Torrington Public Schools and is employed by the Board of Education.
Police said the colleague, who is assigned to Torrington High School, made the complaint on April 27.
Baim was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and given a court date of June 6.
The nature of the harassment was not released.
