Eyewitnesses told police the 11-year-old girl was swimming on Saturday afternoon when she went under water.
Police said that is when a teenager swam to her and pulled her back to shore.
Crews were called to the park at about 5 p.m. where the girl had been pulled from the water and was being given CPR by an adult male.
