A Bristol teen who was supposed to meet her mother in Tennessee over the weekend but never showed up has been found.
Police said 18-year-old Ashley Tanguay was located by the Bridgeport Police Department Monday.
Tanguay was evaluated and said to be safe.
Police said there is no further law enforcement concern for her well-being and a Silver Alert was canceled.
They said Tanguay was supposed to board a bus to meet her mother in Clarksville, TN. However, that never happened.
They also said she has mental health issues and a social skills disorder.
Before she was found, her father reported to police that he believed her to be involved in dangerous behaviors.
Police said there was no evidence of foul play and no further investigation is warranted.
They did not release the details of her discovery.
