Bernie Sanders is vowing to fight all the way to the Democratic Convention, and part of a deal to get him to drop out of the race may include the removal of Gov. Dannel Malloy from a key position.
Sanders is unhappy Malloy is co-chairman of the 'party platform committee.'
A spokesperson for the Sanders campaign said Malloy’s removal is one of many bargaining chips the campaign can use.
The governor said Sanders has blood on his hands because of his gun control stance.
Warren Gill, of the Sanders campaign, told Eyewitness News “the senator believes that for the sake of fairness and openness in the process, those who have attacked Sanders and his positions should not be rewarded with chairs of key committees.
