Police in New Haven said they're looking for a man who's been tagging parts of the city with "penis" graffiti.

Police said the incidents have been happening for the past five months; however, they were made aware of it two weeks ago.

The city's Livable Cities Initiative workers have been cleaning up the graffiti that it received reports on, but the suspect remained undetected with no description until he was caught on camera on June 8.

Police said he targeted the Congregation Beth El-Keser Israel Synagogue at 85 Harrison St.

He was seen at a doorway. Police said he urinated on the building and tried to give the security camera a blast of spray paint.

Police said the suspect went on the tag six locations that night.
