Upon being struck by the Ford, 49-year-old Randal Ruelle was ejected from his motorcycle and transported to the hospital for suspected serious injuries, according to troopers.
The driver of the Ford, 26-year-old Brett Spencer, reported having no injuries. His passenger, 48-year-old Caroline Mcallister, was transported to Bay State Hospital where she was later pronounced deceased, state police said.
