Maple French Toast Oatmeal

1 cup rolled oats

½ banana, mashed

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 teaspoon flax seed meal (optional)

¾ cup milk

dash of cinnamon

In a medium-sized container, mash ½ banana. Then, mix in the rest of ingredients and let soak for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve with coconut whipped cream, sliced banana, and a dash of cinnamon.

Raspberry Cheesecake Bagels

2 bagels, sliced in half

2 handfuls fresh raspberries

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup mascarpone or cream cheese

1 oz. dark chocolate, chopped

Pop the bagels in the toaster, and toast them to your liking.  Meanwhile, smash the raspberries and honey together.  When the bagels come out of the toaster, divide the mascarpone between both bagels.  Divide the raspberries on top of the mascarpone.

Sprinkle the chocolate on each bagel, stack, slice, and serve.

Berry Blast Smoothie Bowls
