The families of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting will be back in court on Monday morning.
The families will be moving forward with their lawsuit against the manufacturer, seller and distributor of the gun used in the 2012 shooting.
The two sides are expected to debate whether the gun companies should be held responsible for the death of the 20 first graders and six educators.
The hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Monday in Bridgeport Superior Court. It is open to the public.
