Police search for suspect who burglarized an Oxford home

OXFORD, CT (WFSB) -

Troop A is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man seen on surveillance video who is suspected of burglarizing an Oxford home on Jacks Hill Rd on Friday, June 24.

Stills taken from surveillance video show the suspect as a light-skinned, possibly white male wearing a light color shirt and dark pants with a 35mm-type camera around his neck.

Police responded to the incident at approximately 2:35p.m. in which the victim said the suspect entered the home and stole an undisclosed amount of money from the residence possible between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Police are urging anyone with information on the suspect to contact Office Gugliotti at the Oxford Resident Trooper's Office 203-888-4353, Connecticut State Police Troop A-Southbury or text TIP711 with information to 274637.
