Glastonbury police arrested a man accused of videotaping women without their knowledge.

Police arrested 43-year-old Joseph Ferrell, of Southampton, Mass., last month and charged him with 11 counts of voyeurism.

It all started back in December, when Ferrell was helping a woman get a sticker off her car windshield in a parking lot. An eyewitness noticed Ferrell taking pictures of the woman from behind, as she was bending over, and called police.

Ferrell is accused of videotaping women at various locations in Glastonbury. He took videos of women in yoga pants, or up skirts. He admitted to taking at least seven videos.

He also told police he took at least four videos of a co-worker while he was walking behind her.

According to police documents, Ferrell told police the reason why he did it was for a "sexual rush."

He also told police he took about 90 videos in Massachusetts.

He appeared in court on Wednesday. He is expected to appear again at the end of August.
