GREENWICH, CT (WFSB) -

A woman was arrested Friday for reportedly shoplifting at two Greenwich retail stores.

Abigail Podlubny, 20, of Hamden, was detained by the Saks Fifth Avenue loss prevention team at Saks Fifth Avenue on Greenwich Avenue after police said she hid items in a shopping bag before leaving the store.

After police investigated, Podlubny was charged with third-degree larceny, for allegedly stealing women’s clothing from Saks Fifth Avenue and Alice and Olivia, located at 335 Greenwich Ave.

She posted her $500.00 bond and will appear in Stamford Superior Court on July 22.

Police are also trying to identify two shoplifting suspects from the same store. The shoplifting incident was reported on June 11.
