Summer Fruit Salad

4 Ripe Mangos
2 Ripe Papayas
1 Meyer Lemon Juiced, 2 Oranges Juiced
1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar
½ Cup of Pure Coconut water. I usually add more
Flaked Coconut (unsweetened)
Hemp Seed Hearts
Peel the Mangos, Papayas, and Kiwi, Cut the Flesh Into small dice,
½” Cubes or so, and half-moons for the kiwi. There is no reason to make this difficult so cut the fruit the way you prefer but do try to make them pretty. Mix the fruit with the lemon and orange juice, coconut water and agave nectar.
Serve in glasses and garnish with mint. You could also pour this into a zip lock bag along with 2 to 3 sliced bananas, and freeze for about an hour. Then blend in a high speed blender until smooth and dense like ice cream.
So Good. For bold grow ups add some booze of your choice like coconut rum and sail away. Be sure to pour heavily.
