HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

All United States and Connecticut flags should remain at half-staff for victims of the Baton Rouge shooting.

President Barack Obama made a proclamation to lower the flags for the three officers killed and three injured after ambush shooting in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The flags will remain at half-staff through sunset on Friday. The flags were at half-staff through Tuesday because of the deadly truck attack in Nice, France.

No flag should fly higher than the U.S. flag, all state, local, municipal, corporate, and other flag, according to the governor's office.
