Firefighters in Willimantic battled a fire that broke out at a vacant home on Ash Street Monday afternoon.
Crews battled the fire for more than two hours before it was deemed under control.
The house is a former three-family home that has been vacant for a few years, fire officials said.
No injuries were reported.
Crews received assistance from five departments, and two additional departments provided coverage to Willimantic during the incident.
Officials were still on scene Monday night investigating.
The local fire marshal is leading the investigation with the assistance from the Connecticut State Police fire marshal.
It is unclear at this time what caused the fire.
