A rapper performing in the capital city on Friday night is expected to cause traffic delays for evening commuters in the Greater Hartford Area, according to police.
G-Easy is expected to perform at the Xfinity Theater around 6:30 p.m. and the audience is expected to be in the thousands.
Hartford Police Deputy Chief Brian J. Foley said the "expected attendance has significantly increased and is now estimated to be near 15,000."
Parking opens at 4 p.m. and the gates will open at 5 p.m.
