Wolcott police arrested a man Wednesday in connection with a bowling alley burglary last year.
Officials said Luis Rivera, 29, of Wolcott was arrested after he broke into Wolcott Bowling Lanes in July of 2015.
The owner of the bowling alley discovered the alley had been broken into after he found cut power lines connected to the security systems.
Police said Rivera entered the building by cutting a hole in the roof.
A safe was broken into with the use of tools from inside the bowling alley.
Police said Rivera fled the state with a large quantity of cash from the safe.
Rivera was arrested last month in Colonial Heights, VA on a DUI charge. He was later extradited to Connecticut.
