A fast food franchise in Massachusetts celebrated the long career of a woman with Down syndrome.
The Charles River Center, a nonprofit agency that helps children and adults whom have disabilities, said Freia David is retiring after 32 years.
The center said she worked at a McDonald's in Needham, MA.
The restaurant put up a big sign outside to invite customers to celebrate her career on Monday. Many friends, family members, neighbors, coworkers and customers stopped by.

"Thank you, Freia, for helping us spread the word about the benefits of employing people with developmental disabilities," the center wrote on its Facebook page.
