A New Haven man was arrested after police said he hit and killed a man on a bicycle in Shelton in December of last year.

Ansonia resident Brian Climis, 55, was struck by a motor vehicle in the area of 504 Bridgeport Ave. on the evening of Dec. 23, 2015. Climis was rushed to a nearby hospital where police said he died six days later.
