NORWALK, CT (WFSB) -

The Norwalk Police Department is looking for more information on a cold case about a homicide in 1994.

Rahssan Dykes-Harrell, 20, was found dead with a gunshot wound to the torso on Oct. 16. Police said officers found Dykes-Harrell lying on the first floor landing at Carlton Court around 11 p.m.

During their investigation, police said Dykes-Harrell had to come to Norwalk to visit a cousin in building four at Carlton Court. Police said Dykes-Harrell was staying with her and the father of her baby.

Police said Dykes-Harrell had died a few hours earlier.

Dykes-Harrell came to Norwalk on Oct. 14 and "was just hanging around with no disputes," police said.

"Multiple suspect names were received that were said to be involved in the shooting homicide of Dykes-Harrell but no witnesses have provided statements that would support probable cause for an arrest warrant. The case remains unsolved," Police posted on its Facebook page.
