A woman from North Windham faces a list of drug charges following an investigation into the sale of crack cocaine.

State police said Khaalisha Oaks faces possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell, operating a drug factory and risk of injury to a minor charges.

The 39-year-old was the subject of a search and seizure warrant that was issued on Wednesday.

Troopers said they spent months investigating a home on Horn Road and eventually developed Oaks as the suspect.

Detectives located Oaks near the home on Thursday and executed the warrant.

Inside, they found two women and a 9-month-old baby. A 16-year-old child also lived there, troopers discovered.

The women were not charged.

The Department of Children and Families was called to conduct a drug endangered child investigation.

When the state police investigation wrapped up, state police said they found 50 grams of cocaine and crack cocaine packaged for sale, drug packaging materials, scales and cutting agents.

Oaks was given a $20,000 bond and ordered to appear in Danielson Superior Court.
