Police in Meriden were called to the scene of what appeared to be a two-vehicle crash early Monday morning.
It happened in the area of Camp and Broad Streets after 6:30 a.m.
Eyewitness News saw at least one person was taken away from the scene with a neck brace on a stretcher.
Police said only minor injuries were reported.
The road remained open over the course of the investigation.
There's no word yet on a cause for the crash.
