A complaint about men walking through a yard in West Hartford led to the arrests of three men on car burglary charges.
Police said they arrested 28-year-old Damian Brito, 22-year-old Angel Cabrera and 18-year-old Marcus Gonzalez, all of Hartford.
Officers said they responded to 63 Walbridge Rd. just before 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
A caller reported three men walking through a yard.
Police said they caught up to them and found that one of the men had rubber gloves and burglary tools in his possession.
They said the only items of value that they found on the suspects was an iPod and an Acura key.
Police said they're unsure which vehicle to which the key belongs.
The majority of the stolen property was loose change, according to investigators.
Police said an officer recognized the suspects from earlier in the night. The officer saw them in the area of Boulevard and South Highland, but they disappeared when spotted.
Brito, Cabrera and Gonzalez were charged with third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, trespassing and sixth-degree larceny.
