DEEP RIVER, CT (WFSB) -

The Cumberland Farms on Main Street in Deep River reopened on Tuesday morning after the fire suppression system malfunctioned on Monday.

The malfunction sent foam all over the parking lot, and customers.

Several people had to go to the hospital after inhaling the fumes, and a nearby school was put into lockdown.

The gas station is still trying to figure out what caused the problem.
