Black & Blue Cheesy Garlic Bread with Wild Mushrooms

Serving Size: 4 people
1 Pouch Carla’s Wild Mushroom Pesto
1 cup Blue Cheese crumbles
Chopped Parsley for garnish
1 small loaf of Ciabatta or Baguette
½ lb. thinly sliced Roast Beef
1. Thaw Carla’s Wild Mushroom Pesto overnight under refrigeration, or under cool running water.
2. Slice bread in half horizontally. Spread Wild Mushroom Pesto on top.
3. Bake in oven at 350F for 7-10 minutes until well toasted or place on the grill for 7-10 minutes until toasted.
4. Top with sliced roast beef, crumbled blue cheese, and chopped parsley.
