CLINTON, CT (WFSB) -

A Clinton teenager, who posted a gun-firing drone video and caused an online controversy, turned himself into police on Thursday morning.

Austin Grant Haughwout, 19, was arrested on charges of enticing a minor, attempted fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

The charges against Haughwout come after a "lengthy investigation" by the Clinton Police Department along with other agencies.

Haughwout became the subject of law enforcement investigations after police he posted a video of the gun-wielding drone on the website YouTube.

Police said armed technology like the one in the video is typically reserved for military operations. In the video, the drone can be seen firing four shots. The drone video can be seen here on your mobile device.

The Clinton Police Department, the Federal Aviation Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives investigated that incident.

Haughwout has been previously arrested including for assaulting an officer and for possession of child pornography and attempted sexual assault

Haughwout did not post $25,000 bond after he turned himself into the Clinton Police Department on the most recent charges around 5:45 a.m. Haughwout faced a judge at Middletown Superior Court on Thursday.

Following the court appearance, Haughwout and his father did not comment on the case with the media.

"No comment," Haughwout said outside of court.

Haughwout will be back at Middletown Superior Court on Oct. 25.

The arrest warrant on the most recent charges was sealed in the case.
