SIMSBURY, CT (WFSB) -

Simsbury police said they're investigating a Friday morning bank robbery.

Officers were called to the TD Bank on Hopmeadow Street around 10:15 a.m.

Police said an unidentified man showed a note to a teller and demanded money. The man did not threaten the teller with a weapon, police said. 

The man fled the bank on foot with "unspecified amount of money," police said.  

No one was hurt during the robbery, police said. 

Police released surveillance photos of the suspect, who was in his 30’s and had a salt and pepper beard.
