Police are searching for one person and three people were arrested in connection with cocaine being sold at a bar in East Windsor on Thursday night.
Authorities received reports of drugs being sold at JR’s Café on Bridge Street, which is located at 18 Bridge St. Police said they used undercover officers and agents were able to buy cocaine.
Police then learned that cocaine sold to undercover officers from an employee at the Fan Club Sports Bar & Grille on Ella Grasso Turnpike in Windsor Locks.
The investigation, which was conducted by the North Central Regional Narcotics Task Force along with members of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, led to the arrests of 34-year-old Andrea Frediani (Curtis), 30-year-old David Frediani, both of Windsor Locks, and 56-year-old Lori Liston, of Enfield.
Police said they have an active warrant for 37-year-old Hewitt Haynes, of East Windsor. Police said Haynes is wanted for selling drugs at multiple East Windsor bars including JR’s Café, The Mardi Gras II located at 37 North Rd., Main Street Grille located at 110 Main St., Brook Side Pizza located at 139 Main St.
Officials with the Department of Consumer Protection, Liquor Control Division were working with members of the North Central Regional Narcotics Task Force.
Andrea Frediani (Curtis) was charged with three counts of sale of narcotics and two counts of conspiracy to sell narcotics. She was being held on a $300,000 bond. Lori Liston was charged with one count of sale of narcotics and two counts of conspiracy to sell narcotics. She is being held on a $200,000 bond. David Frediani was charged with one count count of conspiracy to sell narcotics. He is being held on a $100,000 bond.
Police said Haynes is wanted on one count of sale of narcotics and one count of conspiracy to sell narcotics. Anyone with any information about Haynes is asked to call the East Windsor Police Department at 860-292-8240.
