Police search for twin brothers 'considered armed and dangerous'

CANTERBURY, CT (WFSB) -

State police are searching for twin brothers wanted in connection with a bank robbery in Canterbury last month. 

Police said Vince Rollins and Vance Coffin, of Norwich, were "considered armed and dangerous." They were wanted in connection with the robbery on Sept. 23. 

Police said the two men used  a black 2000 Chevy Tahoe, which they are believed to be driving now.  

Rollins and Coffin were believed to be in the south eastern part of Connecticut. However, police said anyone who sees Rollins and Coffin should not "confront or attempt to detain."  If someone spots the two men, they should call 911 immediately. 

Anyone with any information about their whereabouts should call state police at 860-779-4900 or anonymously text "Tip711 with their information to 274637.
