A Windsor man was killed in a motorcycle accident Tuesday afternoon.
According to police, 24-year-old Joseph Sandamena was killed when the motor cycle he was riding collided with a car driven by Robert McArthur of Harwinton.
Police said McArthur was exiting from the Phillips 66 gas station onto Rainbow Road (Rt. 20), when his car was struck by Sandamena. Both vehicles suffered heavy damage.
Sandamena was ejected from his motorcycle and was pronounced dead on scene. McArthur suffered minor injuries and was transported to Saint Francis hospital.
