Chef Plum came back to Eyewitness News Sunday morning for another Halloween treat.
Pizza dough deathstar artichoke dip
1 pizza dough
½ pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed of excess moisture)
4 oz. cream cheese ½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 jar/can (5.75 oz.)artichokes, drained and chopped fine
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup grated Romano cheese
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
hotsauce to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Form pizza dough into several smaller balls and place them on the outer edge of a pie dish, its ok if they touch
Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour into the center of the pizza dough circle.
brush a little olive oil on the dough balls and sprinkle with Romano cheese
Bake at 375 or until the dough is browned on
