A pedestrian suffered non-life-threatening injuries after police said the person was hit by a bus on Monday morning.
The unidentified pedestrian was struck by a SEAT bus on Hempstead Street near the intersection of Broad Street around 10 a.m. The pedestrian was rushed to Lawrence and Memorial Hospital where the person's condition was not released by police.
The driver of the SEAT bus along with eyewitnesses were interviewed by police about the incident. No charges have been filed in the crash.
