Gorgonzola Pacchetti with Apple Cranberry Chutney and Pecans

Serving Size: 4 people

Ingredients:

•1 Package Carla’s Gorgonzola Pacchetti

•1 Tablespoon Butter

•¼ C Pecans, whole

•1 C Apple Cranberry Chutney, warmed slightly

Dish Execution:

1.Melt butter in a hot skillet, add pecans and lightly toast.

2.Cook Pacchetti per direction on packaging and add to pan with butter and pecans

3.Stir or toss to coat pasta with butter.

4.Pour pasta and pecans over warm chutney, serve.

5.Enjoy!
