Apple Cranberry Chutney

Serving Size: 4 people


•3 each Large Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and chopped

•2 each Large Macintosh Apples, peeled, cored and chopped

•1 lb. Fresh Cranberries, washed and picked over

•4 C Water

•1 C Light Brown Sugar

•1 C Dried Apricots, sliced thin

•1 C Red Onion, diced fine

•2 box Golden Raisins, 1 oz each

•1/4 C Cider Vinegar

•1/8 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger, grated

Dish Execution:

1.Combine water and sugar over a low heat until dissolved.

2.Add all remaining ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until reduced to the correct consistency.

3.Chill for at least three hours before serving, serve room temperature.
