Route 101 in Killingly reopens following deadly crash

KILLINGLY, CT (WFSB) -

Route 101 in Killingly was closed during the overnight hours and much of the morning because of a deadly crash.

It's since reopened.

State police said Leah Gaboury, 46, was killed when her vehicle traveled off the roadway on Wednesday night.

Two people tried to administer CPR to Gaboury, but she couldn't be revived.

Troopers said the crash happened about a half a mile west of Williamsville Road.

They believe she lost control of the vehicle.

The crash remains under investigation.

Anyone who may have witnessed it is asked to call state police.
