A man suspected of robbing a restaurant in Willimantic was apprehended by police on Tuesday.
They said Luis Francisco Davilla robbed the Subway on High Street shortly after 7 p.m.
An employee dialed 911 to reported that a man with a handgun was responsible.
Police arrived and said the two employees in the store at the time were not hurt.
They were able to provide a good description of the suspect.
He was found at a home in town and taken into custody without incident.
Davilla was charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.
His bond was set at $100,000 and is due in Danielson Superior Court Wednesday.
