Police make arrest in New London road rage incident

NEW LONDON, CT (WFSB) -

Two people are facing charges in connection with a road rage incident in New London.

Nathan Moore was arrested after police received multiple reports of road rage situation near Connecticut College just before 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

Police said they learned that an exchange of words and gestures between two drivers escalated into a physical confrontation.

Moore is charged with carrying a dangerous weapon second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

The other driver, Shamil Toro, was issued a criminal summons on for breach of peace.
