A suspected heroin seller arrested over the summer in Meriden was taken into custody on Thursday for the same crime, this time in Wallingford.
Wallingford police said 32-year-old Todd Constantini, of Meriden, had been coming to Wallingford to sell the drug.
They said he was first arrested by Meriden police in June after they found 800 bags of heroin at his home.
The case is still working its way through Meriden Superior Court.
During the month of October, Wallingford police said their detectives were able to purchase heroin from Constantini on two separate occasions with the help of an informant.
Thursday, they said they took him into custody at his home.
This time, he was charged with two counts of sale of narcotics and two counts of possession of narcotics.
Police said he was held on a $75,000 bond and scheduled to face a judge in this case on Friday.
