The Waterford Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the suspect or suspects responsible for shooting the windows of cars with a BB gun.
Police said the incidents occurred on Sunday in the area of the Crystal Mall, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Home Depot and Lowes.
At least six complaints were called in to the Department that led police to believe the incidents happened during the late afternoon or early evening hours.
Police said no thefts from the cars were reported, and no witnesses have come forward.
The Department is asking anyone with information concerning these events and the investigation to contact Officer Matthew Fedor at 860-442-9451, or mafedor@waterfordct.org.
